Why pay for an itinerary when the guides are free?
The guides are free and stay free. A plan is the same knowledge put in order for your week, by a person who checks it against your dates.
- A place that is shut on the day you would go is moved
- The date each free ticket is released goes in your calendar

Every plan opens with a short list of what we changed for your dates and why, so you can see what a person did that a guide cannot.
Give someone London
A gift card is valid for 24 months against any tour, airport pickup or itinerary. We email it, with a code, within one working day.
Unused cards are refunded in full if you ask within 14 days.
Questions about itineraries
Is the quote free?
Yes. Tell us your dates and who is coming and you get a price, the shape of each day and the first thing to book, within one working day. The timed plan comes once you buy one or book a day with us.
What is the difference between a plan and a guided day?
A plan tells you what to do and when. A guided day puts a person beside you, books what needs booking and takes your photographs. Every private day includes the planning.
When do I get my plan?
Two, three and four day plans arrive by email within one working day of payment, checked against your dates. A plan built with you arrives within three working days of our chat.
If we then book a guide, do we pay twice?
No. What you paid for the plan comes off any guided day or tour you book with us for the same trip. If we are guiding you, we are planning with you anyway.
Do you book things for us?
For guided days, yes: tickets at cost and tables in your name. A plan names them and tells you the date to book. Free tickets such as the Sky Garden need the names of everyone in your party.
Can I cancel a plan?
You have 14 days. If you asked us to start straight away, that right ends once your plan is sent, and until then you pay only for the work already done.
Does a plan include tickets, travel and food?
No. Entry tickets, travel and food are your own costs. Every plan adds them up for you so you can budget.
